A costume as additional highly imaginative skin of the dancer
Juliane Schreiber designed a transformable knitted costume for the dancer Ulrike Doszmann. Together with the TextielLab of the Textilemuseum Tilburg Juliane was in search of new opportunities and applications of textiles; in particular interested in the processing of reflective materials, the transparency and the alternate transformation of the costume’s shape by tightening and stretching.
